Lisa de Lima has worked in organic retail for the last 20 years. She is currently the VP of Grocery at MOM’s, a role she’s enjoyed for the past decade. Her expertise includes category management, sourcing, managing ingredient standards, merchandising, and pricing. Lisa earned her BS in Environmental Studies and Political Science from University of Vermont, and her MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She currently serves on the National Organic Standards Board, where she chairs the Handling Subcommittee.
