Jennifer Rosenthal is a corporate partner in the Boulder office of KO Firm. Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and company formations in the natural products industry. Jennifer also regularly advises clients on general business matters and assists client with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including supply, manufacturing, co-branding, equipment leasing, co-packing, distribution, employment, consulting and brokerage contracts. Jennifer is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School where she teaches Venture Capital Drafting and serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the Silicon Flatirons Center.
