Jessie Shafer, RD, is the editor in chief of Delicious Living magazine, the consumer-facing brand of New Hope Network. Jessie is a Northwestern University graduate, registered dietitian, and long-time health journalist, having worked for more than 13 years at four major publishing houses, including Meredith Corporation and August Home Publishing. Jessie and her husband recently relocated to Colorado where she enjoys riding her bike and hiking in the mountains.
