Jessica Bates is Director of Business Development at Dwight Funding. At Dwight, she leads the funding efforts of early, growth stage and lower middle market companies in the food and beverage and consumer goods spaces. Jessica and team partner with entrepreneurs to provide funding solutions designed specifically for the unique needs of growing consumer brands. Jessica began her career as an Investment Banker at Barclays where she focused on debt and equity Private Placement transactions. In her free time, Jessica is an avid runner, traveler, and an explorer of new and exciting cuisines and restaurants.
