Rachael Shayne is an Innovation Strategist who helps companies drive sustainable growth through Culture, Branding, and Diversity. She builds and heals company cultures as they scale driving performance throughout the organization. She’s put this to the test in two startups as well as large global brands from Alibaba and Procter & Gamble to Zayo. Most recently, she was appointed CEO of a tech startup with the role of turnaround agent, successfully engineering a strategic sale. Rachael finds contributing to her community drives her personal creativity and demonstrates the give-first ethos. She serves on the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business Board of Directors, is a Blackstone Entrepreneur’s Network advisor, and a mentor with Greenhouse Scholars.
